Reflecting on a Year of Sharing – Top Reads of 2022

1-min. read

We’re almost there!

Time to wrap 2022 up and head into another year of adventures, discoveries, and unknowns to embrace.

Time to reflect on what I consider a very successful year.

Yes, very successful!

Despite everything happening in our mad world, I feel quite fortunate.

None of the many disturbing world events prevented me from staying focused on what I said I’d do. I was able to reach all the goals I set for myself back last December.

2022 was a great year of sharing and giving back. I wrote a lot and had the pleasure of mentoring and coaching fantastic leaders.

I can’t wait to do the same and more in 2023.

But, before the New Year, I thought I’d share my top articles of the year again. The formula is simple: they have the highest number of readers and reactions.

You can now conveniently find them, along with all others, on The Sherpa Tuesdays Substack.

#1 – Do Positive Energizers Really Make the Best Leaders?

My encounters with positive energizers always enhanced my performance. A recent study demonstrates it and explains why!

#2 – Working With Smart Sociopaths? Here’s How To Survive.

Working with smart sociopaths can easily damage your sanity, but there are ways for you to handle these individuals.

#3 – How To Spot Strategic Thinkers in Your Team. And Why It Matters.

You don’t always need to bring in external consultants to help with strategy. Know how to spot and leverage your best strategic talent.

Thanks again for all your support in 2022. I hope my sharing helped you in one way or another.

Wishing you a wonderful festive season and the “Absolute Best” for 2023!

Happy re-discovery. See you in the New Year!
